Marina Guerra is an Outreach and Education Coordinator with the EEOC- Houston District office. Originally from Corpus Christi, Texas, she attended Texas A&M- Corpus Christi and graduated with honors receiving a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. In 1999, she was hired with the EEOC through a Scholastic Achievement program and worked as an Investigator from 1999 through 2014 when she was promoted to a supervisory position. Marina held her supervisory position until 2020, when she was promoted to her current position. Marina is very passionate about the work she does and is especially honored to carry out the Mission of the EEOC daily.
