Marina Guerra is an Enforcement Supervisor with the EEOC–Houston District Office. She graduated with honors from Texas A&M Corpus Christi, earning her B.S. in Criminal Justice. Marina began her career with the EEOC in 1999 as an investigator under the Scholastic Achievement Program. In 2012 and 2014, she served as acting supervisor for the intake department and was officially promoted to the role in 2014. Nine months later, she advanced to her current position, where she supervises a team of nine investigators and two clerical support staff. Marina has contributed to multiple headquarters-sponsored programs and committees and currently serves as the Diversity and Inclusion Council representative for the Houston District.

A recognized authority in federal contractor compliance, Meredith Gregston helps employers navigate the evolving landscape of OFCCP obligations, pay equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and AI in HR developments. She represents clients before the Department of Labor, OFCCP, EEOC, and the Texas Workforce Commission, guiding them through audits, investigations, and enforcement proceedings with confidence and clarity. She is known for her ability to conduct privileged statistical analyses of hiring, compensation, promotion, and termination data—translating numbers into actionable insights that inform workforce strategy and mitigate risk.

Her day-to-day counseling covers the full spectrum of employment issues, including the ADA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, and pay equity.  Combined with her undergraduate education in International Business from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business, she brings a commercial sensibility that allows her to communicate effectively with executives and boards, not just legal teams.
