1:00 – 1:30 p.m. – OFCCP Updates

1:30 – 3:00 p.m. – Courageous Conversations in Equal Opportunity and D&I with Eddie Burke from Cook Ross

About the session: Cook Ross is thrilled to present an engaging and interactive session that supports Equal Opportunity and D&I practitioners in engaging in courageous conversations that create impact and achieve the results they seek in their respective organizations.  The session includes a conversation on how to build towards the future instead of operating based on the past, defining what it means to have a THRIVE culture, the importance of communications and messaging around the Equal Opportunity and D&I work organizations do, and the necessity for us all as Equal Opportunity and D&I practitioners to do our own diversity work, including addressing our own implicit bias as we engage others on the journey.

About the Speaker: Eddie Burke leads Marketing and Communications at Cook Ross, a consulting firm that for 30 years has partnered with the world’s most influential organizations to create inclusive leadership and cultures.  In his role, Eddie brings knowledge and expertise on the complex challenges and issues facing our client organizations today as we move our organization and clients forward in brave bold ways to shape a sustainable and inclusive future.  Eddie works on a daily basis with the Executive Team and our team of Consultants to fully support organizations in advancing their diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in powerful ways.
