Matt Nusbaum, Director of Biddle Consulting’s BCG Institute, provides consulting advice on workplace compliance requirements to federal contractor employers regarding the nondiscrimination and affirmative action requirements enforced by the OFCCP of the U.S. Department of Labor. Matt has more than nine years of experience as a practicing attorney counseling and representing employers on matters before the OFCCP and other federal, state, and local workplace regulatory and enforcement agencies. Matt is passionate about EEO/AA and strives to bring energy and enthusiasm to the conversation. This does not make him overly popular at cocktail parties, but he cannot be dissuaded.
