Guest speaker Mickey Silberman is Chair of the Affirmative Action & Pay Equity Practice Group at Fortney & Scott, LLC. He is a nationally acclaimed expert and speaker in the areas of affirmative action, OFCCP, EEO and Pay Equity.  

Mickey will talk to us about OFCCP’s new National Director, Ondray Harris, and the Agency, which has changed its focus, especially in the area of pay discrimination investigations. After years of trying to figure out how to investigate pay, OFCCP is now bringing back multi-million dollar settlements. And OFCCP’s new and effective enforcement approach is just one piece of the quickly growing Pay Equity puzzle.
