Dan Kuang (DK)
Vice President – Legal and Audit Support Services,
Biddle Consulting Group, Inc.

OFCCP unveiled a powerful tool to identify systemic pay bias—Pattern Analysis. This has been largely overlooked as most analysts and consultants do not understand and/or under-estimating its potential impact on pay equity audits. By far, this is the most potent weapon that the Agency can use in its fight against pay disparity. The lethality of Pattern Analysis is due to an inherent weakness in common pay equity studies. Ironically, Pattern Analysis becomes increasingly more probative with each cycle of compensation analysis that a contractor completes. This webinar will detail what Pattern Analysis is and how it works, and what contractors must do to resolve potential patterns of pay bias before it is too late.
