OFCCP Announces Compliance Evaluation Experience Survey

This week, OFCCP announced an upcoming “Compliance Evaluation Experience Survey” the Agency will be sending to contractors who completed a compliance evaluation between October 1, 2012 and September 30, 2017.

The NILG continues to engage with OFCCP Leadership towards our ongoing goal to strengthen and maintain a cooperative relationship between the Agency and the contractor community.  We are encouraged that the survey is part of OFCCP’s “continued effort to provide compliance assistance” and “…to gather more information about how [OFCCP] can continue improving communication, transparency, and timeliness during [OFCCP’s] compliance evaluations.”

The survey offers contractors the opportunity “…to provide concrete suggestions for improving [their] interaction with OFCCP.”
