Marina Guerra is an Enforcement Supervisor with the EEOC–Houston District Office. She graduated with honors from Texas A&M Corpus Christi, earning her B.S. in Criminal Justice. Marina began her career with the EEOC in 1999 as an investigator under the Scholastic Achievement Program. In 2012 and 2014, she served as acting supervisor for the intake department and was officially promoted to the role in 2014. Nine months later, she advanced to her current position, where she supervises a team of nine investigators and two clerical support staff. Marina has contributed to multiple headquarters-sponsored programs and committees and currently serves as the Diversity and Inclusion Council representative for the Houston District.

Brian Marentette, Ph.D. is a Director in the People Insights practice at Berkshire Associates, a human resources consulting firm specializing in workforce analytics, compliance, and compensation strategy. Dr. Marentette is an industrial-organizational psychologist with deep expertise in statistical analysis and equal employment opportunity (EEO) compliance, particularly in employment decisions involving hiring, promotion, termination, and compensation in high-stakes environments.
